1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and ke77 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on ke77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the ke77 platform in any capacity. ke77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and use ke77, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person acting in your own individual capacity. Corporate or representative registrations are not permitted.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.

3Account Registration and Security

To access ke77, you must create a single personal account. The following rules apply to all ke77 accounts:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one account. If ke77 determines that a player holds more than one account, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ke77 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.
• You must notify ke77 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ke77 will not be liable for losses from unauthorised access where you failed to notify promptly.
• ke77 may require you to complete KYC verification before approving withdrawals. Valid identification documents must be provided on request. ke77 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals pending verification.

ke77 reserves the right to close any account with no gaming activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Reasonable notice will be provided before closure and any remaining real money balance will be returned via the original deposit method.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

ke77 supports Bangladesh-localised payment methods for all financial transactions. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

5Bonuses and Promotions

ke77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable rollover amount and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are kept separate. Real money is used first when placing bets. Bonus funds are only released for withdrawal after wagering requirements are met in full.
• ke77 may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time. If cancelled after crediting, the bonus amount and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonuses, or any other exploitative method — will have their bonuses voided and accounts may be suspended.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on ke77 are provided by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the platform:

• Using ke77 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. ke77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Creating multiple accounts in order to claim bonuses or promotions more than once. Any winnings derived from duplicate accounts or repeated bonus claims will be forfeited in full.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ke77 customer support staff or other players. ke77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive behaviour directed at its team.

8Account Suspension and Termination

ke77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• ke77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct involving the account.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or has been identified as a vulnerable player requiring account restrictions for responsible gaming purposes.

Upon termination, any real money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. ke77 is not obligated to return bonus funds or winnings from bonus play where wagering requirements have not been met.

9Responsible Gaming

ke77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their activity. The following features are available to all ke77 players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration to limit time spent on the platform in a single sitting.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period the player cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel their gaming has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion. Requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ke77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the ke77 platform, including loss of funds due to technical malfunction, loss of winnings due to game provider errors, or loss caused by events outside ke77's reasonable control such as telecommunications failures or internet outages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ke77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11Privacy and Data Protection

By using ke77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ke77 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. ke77 does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.

12Amendments to These Terms

ke77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ke77 will provide reasonable notice to active players via the platform or by email to the address registered to their account.
